Veterinary clinical complex inaugurated

Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Giriraj Singh, on his maiden visit to Nagaland, inaugurated girls hostel and Veterinary Clinical Complex of the College of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry (CVSAH), Jalukie on November 9.

A press release by CVSAH, stated that in his speech, Giriraj Singh conveyed happiness on the completion of girls hostel and was impressed with the facilities in Veterinary Clinical Complex. He further encouraged scientists to explore possibility of vermi composting with Mithun dung, which in turn, could be fed to poultry and to popularise zero cost poultry for production.  Vice Chancellor, Professor, M Premjit Singh, in his welcome address briefed the union minister about activities of the Central Agricultural University.  Vote of thanks was delivered by dean, Dr. Capt. G Dhanan Jaya Rao, who expressed gratitude to State government for extending support to the college administration.
