A true leadership with charismatic quality

Will history pardon us if we resolve thousands of patriot bloods just because of our thoughtless decisions? Will history forgive us if we remain still like nothing has happened? Will history remain still without her sovereignty?

To every able citizens of Nagas, the 21st century is where we begin to persist our living, with diverse factotums and wider outlook seen and performed as the ongoing technology is heading forward, and so as to live upto the expectant so called “the modern technological era” Marthin Luther King Jr once said “the ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenges and controversy” It can be reckoned that a high performer will not always become a great leader, and a leader will not be interpreted as a great leader if being able to attract, charm and influence the followers is not within, then it is a leader with quality less.

Of old during our ancestors time, those spears and daos are the cause behind their fame and victory which performs their task with much off by chopping the enemy’s head, and that is how the true patriotism of a leadership started to enshrine upon. Furthermore as the world changing to more on technology, the generation of today are no longer the same as yesterday, the patriotism of yesterday is being named by the bravery of shedding blood and tears for its fame and victory over their enemies aggressions. But the feats of yesterday and today are nevermore the same anymore, nowadays generation we believed “education is our nation’s shield” and so the backbone of our today’s society is born to be nation of education. In addition the arrival of formal education unto the Naga hills started in 1878 by Mrs Mary mead Clark at Molungyunsen, makes an eye opener to an extensive outlook to procure western education to Naga soil and embark a leadership role

Between-time of no long in the present scenario, over there can be seen a heap of loopholes, the tangible leadership quality is seen to be weaken in the present time of our society. A lot of diversity has seen to take place, in which different ideological view point from one group against another arises, and it is the core issue of today’s society, one is said to have competent idealistic whereas the unrealistic belief in pursue of one’s own perfection overshadowed the other side of true charismatic patriots. In current time of our society, there has been seen a lot of vicious from one organisation to the another, none has an ability to abase oneself and bow for the cause of society as a whole. We are well aware that behind our dilute leaderships is heterogeneity in opinion from one against other is inevitable

We perceived that the history of Naga is unlike any other and our rights are none alike any other, the history of Naga is political in nature, and the problem of Naga is political in nature, so unless and until Naga stand together without being externally diversified, our Naga issue can never be resolve and induce the Naga political solution.

A lot of patriotic Naga leaders fought for Naga cause and for her independent nation against the hegemonic of pre-Japanese and later India, bloods of patriotic leaders had been shed all over the terrain land, and the nightmare of bloodshed and torture was all over and incline them to further gives no hopes and aspiration to further go on, but the patriotism which runs within side their blood further gives hope and aspiration to therefore continue fighting for their rival hegemonies. To all the people from different walks of life, come let us unite ourselves and seek our rights and justice for a better integration of Nagas. For we believe our history is unique unlike any other, let us show to intruders that we are unique and so as our history is unique. Kuknalim
