In para 3, one line was missing which should be read as follows: “the number of confirmed cases is rapidly climbing day by day, e.g. 3 confirmed cases on 25th May to 902 on 17th July.” Para 5, one line was missing  which should be read as follows: “The same day, Naga Rising, another group also has said that ‘Article 371 A (1)(b) is a dead letter. On 3rd July, Naga Hoho has said thatcertain ambiguity in Governor’s letter needs clarity.’ They also claimed that ‘law and order situation has drastically improved and peaceful during the last two decades.’ They also reminded the Governor of the chilling situation till later part of 1990. In para 10, one line was missing which should be read as follows: “But the Governor was not talking about the situation of 20 years back, he is talking about the situation of today. I do not find any justification for the Government to compare the situation of today and of 20, 30 years back.”
