Chessore Area Public Forum (CAPF) has raised concern over poor telecom network service at Chessore especially during pandemic when students are depending on internet for education.

In a press release, CAPF, Y.Kiumukam and assistant general secretary, Rezut lamented that the network service has seen no sign of improvement since March 2020 which has not only adversely affected the students but also general public as well. CAPF expressed concern over service providers Airtel and Jio 4G network claiming that despite repeated reminders the proprietor in-charge and caretaker have not paid heed to the complaints. In this connection, CAPF has asked the concern authority to deliver justice at the earliest.

Meanwhile, CAPF has also asked all government teachers within Chessore area to reach their place of posting by first week of September to resume function duties according to the Government notification dated Kohima 22/07/2020. The forum has cautioned to take serious action against those teachers who fail to report back to their place of posting.
