Fuel prices fall for second day

State-owned oil marketing companies (OMCs) reduced the retail price of petrol and diesel for the second consecutive day Thursday. Petrol price fell by 21 paise per litre and diesel by 20 paise per litre.

After today’s rate revision, petrol price in Dimapur was retailing at Rs.89.81 per litre while diesel price stood at Rs.83.34 per litre.

In the state capital Kohima, a litre of petrol and diesel was priced at Rs.90.72 and Rs.84.07 respectively.
