A two-day training for booth level officers (BLOs) of Kohima district on the New Forms/GARUDA app concluded on July 30 at the conference hall of deputy commissioner (DC) Kohima. BLOs were sensitised on new forms introduced in light of the Registration of Electors (Amendment) Rules, 2022 and on the use of GARUDA app during the training.
