Child Friendly Dimapur (CFD) AIDA conducts training for Child Rights Facilitators (CRFs)

DIMAPUR: A three-day capacity building training for Child Rights Facilitators (CRFs) was conducted by Child Friendly Dimapur (CFD) ANMA Integrated Development Association (AIDA) on March 18, March 19 and March 25 at AIDA Conference Hall, Don Bosco Campus, Dimapur.
In a press release, AIDA informed that the purpose of the training was to enhance capacities of CRFs to appreciate the uniqueness of children and deal with them effectively.
During the training, resource persons stressed on different topics such as – the art of negotiating with children, dream of child friendly Dimapur – Chumukedima, roles and responsibilities of CRFs, facilitation skills, problem solving skills, basic rights of children, AIDA’s child protection policy, values of child protection work, etc.
CRFs from Zeliangrong, K. Sachu, Kashiram, Signal Angami, Veteneriary, Neisatuo and Chumukedima attended the programme.
