Condolence messages on demise of TL Angami

Various organisations have condoled the demise of former Angami Public Organisation (APO) vice president, founder and former president of Nagaland GB Federation (NGBF), T.L Angami who passed away on April 24 in Guwahati.
AAGBA: All Angami GB Association (AAGBA) said late T.L Angamiwas a great man and a pioneer of the NGBF, who took up the mantle of leading the NGBF by becoming the first president for three tenures since December 14, 1984.
In a condolence message, AAGBA said late Angami’s knowledge, wisdom and guidance shaped the NGBF into what it is today and with his untimely demise, his advice and mentorship would be sorely missed.
The association said his demise was a great loss not only to the NGBF, but to the Naga community in general and the Angamis in particular.
Further, AAGBA hoped that late Angami’s memories would provide comfort to the bereaved family and friends during this time of loss.
TNWF: Tenyimi National Workers’ Forum (TNWF) has expressed sadness at the passing away of late T.L Angami, who contributed immensely towards the welfare of the Naga people.
In a condolence message, TNWF said late Angami’s work as a social reformer and a pathfinder for the Naga people stand as a testament to the power of courage and truth.
TNWF said his legacy would be deeply cherished and remembered as an example for the people to persist in their pursuit of progress and in defending the rights of their land and identity.
Further, Tenyimi National Workers’ Forum has conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family at this difficult time adding that the forum mourns with them and celebrates the extraordinary life of the remarkable man who devoted his life to peacefully protecting the and identity of the people.
UNTABA: United Naga Tribes Association on Border Areas (UNTABA) expressed shock by the sudden demise of T.L. Angami.
In a condolence note, the association stated that late T.L. Angami, who was also a member in the advisory board of UNTABA, had immensely contributed to the causes and purposes of the association through his unwavering presence of mind.
UNTABA described him as a man of integrity, straight forward and that his demise has created a big void that can never be filled or replaced.
The association conveyed condolences to the bereaved family members and pray for the departed soul rest in eternal peace.
