CSUMTU organises seminar for students


Chakpa Students’ Union Mokokchung Town Unit (CSUMTU), under its motto, “Hard labour, Key to success” organised a seminar on “self-exploration” at Penli Community Hall with Dr. Moakumla Longkumer and Dr. Aotemshi as resource persons, here, on Saturday.
While exhorting the student community, Chakpa Senso Telongjem Mokokchung president, Lanutoshi Longkumer stated that the rich tradition and culture should be inculcated as it embodied the discipline and dignity for success in life.
He also said technology was important but that excessive use of it could have a negative impact.
In this reheard he said, “books”, should take precedence in the life of students.
At the programme, associate professor, Allahabad Bible Seminary, Dr. Moakumla Longkumer deliberated on “self-discovery” while associate professor, Fazl Ali College, Dr. Aotemshi spoke on “self and the Bible”.
The seminar was attended by more than 100 Chakpa students.
