DC Tseminyu visits Kasha Daho area

DIMAPUR: Deputy commissioner (DC) Tseminyu, Dr. Zasekuolie Chüsi (IAS) along with superintendent of police (SP) Kanchan Kandpal Kumar and subordinate staff including SDPO, EAC Tseminyu and members from Red Cross Society visited Kasha Daho area on March 31.
In a press release, Kasha Daho general secretary Joshua Chengseb informed that an interactive session was conducted at Panchayat Hall, Phenwhenyu Village.
During the visit, the team physically verified all available government facilities in the eight villages and interacted with village leaders and elders.
The team and also visited the common development site at Ginshung valley.
During the formal session, DC challenged the people to be proactive participants in the growth of the new district, stride towards self-reliance and assured all possible help from his end for the same. Meanwhile, short speeches were delivered by SP Kanchan Kandpal Kumar, SDPO Khuzah Jurry, Naga Students Federation (NSF) president, Kegwayhun Tep, Kasha Daho president Nnolo Tep and Kasha Daho Development Board convener, Daniel Tep.
