Fire-fighting training to be held in Kiphire

Deputy commissioner Kiphire, Wati Aier has informed that the state Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) will be conducting a basic fire-fighting training in Kiphire on June 20 and 21 at Local ground Kiphire.
In a circular, DC has informed that on the first day, a session will be conducted for state and central government departments while session two will be carried out for educational institutions, private hospitals and nursing homes.
Meanwhile, day two session will be conducted for shopping malls/markets, hotels, churches and high-rise building while ward/colony villages and stakeholders will also be covered in session two on second day.
In this regard, DC has informed all mentioned stakeholders to attend the training.
In a separate notification, DC Kiphire informed all arms license holders registered under the office of DC Kiphire that generation of Unique Identification Number (UIN) has been extended up to March 31, 2023.
In this regard, DC has informed all arms license holders under Kiphire district who have not obtained UIN, to deposit their arms license to undersigned office on or before March 31, 2023 for entry into NDAL portal.
DC has warned that failure to generate UIN in stipulated time will lead to cancellation of existing arms license and no further complaint would be entertained.
