Ingredients
200gm black sticky rice
¼ cup brown sugar
2 cup coconut milk
Method
1. Wash the rice and cook in a heavy bottom pan.
2. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cover and let simmer over medium-low heat.
3. Add brown sugar and cook for 15 more minutes.
4. Pour coconut milk over the rice before serving.
5. Serve either hot or cold.
