Noklak: On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Noklak police and Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Tuensang distributed seeds to the mothers.
Speaking on the occasion, Superintendent of Police (SP) Noklak Dr. Pritpal Kaur said mothers love is selfless and their faith like that of Jochebed, mother of Moses.
She said Jochebed’s strong faith and fearlessness, her selfless love and sacrifice saved her son and made possible the deliverance of Israelites from slavery in Egypt.
Likewise, in present day, Kaur said mothers have to help their children fight against alcohol, crimes and other illegal activities and guide them to being hard working, self-sufficient and making healthy choices.
