NLA session: Traffic advisory

Kohima police has issued traffic advisory in view of the 12th session of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly to be held from September 20.
According to PRO Kohima police, no vehicle will be allowed to be parked by the roadside from 6 a.m. onwards during Assembly Sessions– from BSNL Telephone Exchange till Classic Island; Raj Bhavan till M.S Classic Island; Classic Island to Assembly Secretariat via Razhü point and High School and New CM official residence, Phezoucha to Assembly Secretariat.
No heavy vehicles to be parked along ‘D’ block road or ply in Kohima town during the Assembly session from 6 a.m. till the session is over. All loading/unloading of goods in Kohima town to be completed by 6 a.m. during Assembly session. Defaulting vehicles will be towed away and the charges will be borne by the vehicle owners, PRO said.
Car passes: Only vehicles with car passes will be allowed entry to the Assembly Secretariat. ‘X’ (Blue letter with white background) for legislators, ‘Y’ (Green letter with white background) for AHoDs/HoDs, ‘Assembly Logo’ for Assembly Staff, ‘LH’ (White letter with black background) for Police Personnel and P.S/P.A, ‘O’ (Yellow letter with black background) for IPR/Media and other departments and ‘On Assembly Duty’ (White letter with red background) for Staff Bus/Pool & Dak vehicles.
