NPP Dimapur unit holds consultative meeting

National People’s Party (NPP) Nagaland state, Dimapur district unit held a consultative meeting with the state parent body on Saturday, at Cafe Mitron, Dimapur.
In a press release, NPP Nagaland state informed that NPP state president, Dr. Andrew Ahoto Sema expressed happiness to see the vitality and motivation of the party workers from Dimapur district. He lamented that Nagaland was presently in a “chaotic condition” and only the dedicated effort of the public including the NPP party workers could redeem the state which does not even have basic facilities like good roads, drinking water, electricity, medical colleges, etc. till now despite 75 years of India’s independence.
Lamenting that Nagaland was one of the most underdeveloped states and has the highest number of unemployed youths, Dr. Andrew called upon the party workers to bring about a positive transformation by electing only virtuous, honest and people-centric candidates in the upcoming elections.
Others who spoke at the meeting include speakers include vice president cum spokesperson, state women wing, Pinky Sukhalu, vice president, state NPYF, Heto Achumi and state advisor, minority cell, Ranjit Singhvi.
The meeting which was part of the 8th leg of district tour carried out by the state parent body along with its frontal bodies was attended by around 200 NPP party members from Dimapur district.
