NUSU-KC organises ‘18th cultural fest’

Nagaland University Students’ Union-Kohima Campus (NUSU-KC) Meriema held its “18th cultural fest” on May 17 at RCEMPA Hall, Jotsoma with advisor IT & C, science & technology, new & renewable energy, Mmhonlumo Kikon as the special guest.
A press release by NUSU-KC stated that in his speech, Kikon challenged the students to contribute in building a fair and better Nagaland for all to live, thrive and survive.
Speaker of the event, founder and managing director Pipo Jewellery/NHJE, Thungchibemo Ezung spoke on the topic, “inclusive approach with culture”.
The programme was chaired by Vane Domeh, welcome note was given by NUSU-KC general secretary, Pongsu K Issac, Limre Tikhir and Arenchenla Walling enlightened the gathering with their melodious performance and students from different departments of the University also presented folkdances and folksongs.
