Organisations condemn assassination bid on GB

DIMAPUR: Sumi Aphuyemi Kiphimi Kuqhakulu (SAKK) has condemned the alleged assassination attempt on Natsumi village GB, Sheni Swu on March 15 at highway near Botsa town.
In a condemnation note, SAKK president Anopa Kappo and general secretary Mughashe Achumi termed the bid an act of uncivilised behaviour of heinous intent.
SAKK appealed to the responsible authorities to promptly investigate and book culprits so that they may be punished as per the law.
Meanwhile, Sumi Aphuyemi Kuqhakulu Dimapur (SAKD) in a condemnation note from its president Shikato Shohe and general secretary Katoho Swu termed the bid “cowardly and inhuman” and said such acts had no place in a civilised society.
SAKD appealed to the concerned authority to book the culprits and award befitting punishment as per the law.
