Organisations condemn July 17 murder; demand probe

Various organisations have vehemently condemned the murder of Vitoho Achumi of Sahoi village, whose body was found on July 17 evening.
KTKK and KAYF: Khaghaboto Tokukujo Kukami Kukhakulu (KTKK) and Khaghaboto Area Youth Front (KAYF) has strongly condemned the heinous killing of late Vitoho Assumi by some unknown persons between Hevishe village and Sahoi village. In a condemnation note, KTKK head GB chairman Vikato K Achumi and KAYF president Kivito Awomi stated that appeal to the responsible administration and police to arrest the culprits at the earliest. Acknowledging deputy commissioner (DC) Niuland and Niuland police for the physical and monetary support they provided to the bereaved family and acting promptly to bring the situation under control, the two bodies also requested the responsible authority not to bail out any suspects until the case was solved.
WSKH: Condemning the murder of late Vitoho Achumi, Western Sümi Kükami Hoho (WSKH) president Vikuto Achumi and general secretary Shikavi Zhimomi stated that such heinous crime committed against a member of their society should never go unpunished. In a condemnation note, WSKH said whoever had carried out “such drastic act” should be booked immediately and brought to justice. The Hoho also requested the law enforcing agency to book the culprit at the earliest and extended its condolences to the bereaved family.
WSYF: Western Sumi Youth Front (WSYF) expressed anguished over the barbaric murder of late Vitoho Assumi at Hevishe-Sahoi village under Khaghaboto sub-division under Niuland district. WSYF media cell has expressed outrage at the abhorrent crime committed in its land and appealed the law enforcing agencies to leave no stone unturned till the culprits were brought to justice. It also conveyed condolences to the family members of the victim and prayed that God would grant them solace.
