Ingredients
1kg chicken (boneless)
400gm broccoli
1 large onion
4cloves of garlic
10gm ginger
8 green chillies
1tsp light soy sauce
1tsp dark soy sauce
1 lemon
Oil to fry
Method
1. Clean and cut the chicken. Add light soy sauce, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
2. Cut the broccoli and blanch. Drain off the water and keep aside.
3. Crush garlic, slice onion, slit the chilli into two and chop ginger.
4. Heat oil in a wok, add onion, garlic, ginger and chilli. Stir fry till soft.
5. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Add soy sauce and little water if required. Cover the lid and simmer.
7. Add the broccoli, stir well and remove from the heat.
8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
