LCD elects new team of office bearers

New team to lead Lotha Community Diphupar (LCD) was formally inducted on March 15, 2021 during a programme at Lotha Primary School Diphupar “A”.

According to DIPR report, the new team of office bearers will be led by Zuben Patton as chairman, Kenneth Mozhui as general secretary, Habenthung as joint secretary and Wobamo Odyuo as treasurer.

The team would serve the office of Lotha Community Diphupar for a period of five years.

Speaking at the programme, newly elected chairman thanked Diphupar Lotha community for reposing faith on them to lead the community and sought for cooperation from all.

While impressing upon the gathering on the importance of working with one voice he urged them to push the people forward rather than pulling them backwards so that they could work together for the betterment of the Diphupar Lotha community.

Many speakers including outgoing chairman Zuchumo Mozhui, women representatives, elders, also congratulated the new team of office bearers and assured them of their support and cooperation.

Earlier, Lotha Baptist Church Diphupar, associate pastor Wopansao Ovung blessed the new team. Handing and taking over of files between the outgoing and incoming  team was also held during the programme.
