NIT Nagaland organises FDPs during lockdown

NIT Nagaland has informed that it organised Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on different thrust areas during the pandemic lockdown.

A press release by NIT Nagaland informed that four FDP, each with five days duration consisting of fourteen sessions, was joined by 720 faculty, staff and research scholars from all over the country.
The release said all the FDPs were conducted online and the FDP on blockchain and its application was centrally inaugurated by chairman, AICTE, Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe on June 22. The other three FDPs were inaugurated by director, National Institute of Technology Nagaland, Prof. S. Venugopal.
The release said the FDP was conducted under the umbrella of AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy, New Delhi.
The first FDP in data analytics present & future on May 11, 2020; second FDP on Internet of Things (IoT), started on May 18 and third on Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking commenced on June 1.
