Taking into consideration the present political scenario in Naga homeland, the

NNC (Parent Body) said that unless all the Naga national political groups, “inclusive of all the groups come together as one on political consensus for solution, there is no other way for near future political solution with any government.”

A press release by NNC (PB) vice president, Zhiongba Yimchungrü stated that, after thorough deliberations in the central executive council meeting, the NNC proposed that Global Naga Forum (GNF) and the Forum for Naga Reconciliation (FNR) to bring all the groups across the table to work out consensus political stand/competencies.

Pointing out that the aforementioned two were the right bodies involved and concerned for Naga national unity, the NNC stated that they can bring all together for reconciliation and unity for long lasting political solution as desired.
