NPF divisions condole demise of general secretary

President of Naga People’s Front (NPF) Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu, NPF Phek division and NPF division Zunheboto have respectively condoled the demise of late Chivotso Nienu on November 3 at Guwahati. Late Nienu was a staunch regionalist and was currently serving as general secretary (CoB) and also in-charge of central women wing.  He had also served for four consecutive tenures as president of NPF Phek

Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu: President of Naga People’s Front (NPF) Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu in a condolence note described late Nienu as a committed and dedicated leader who had given his best services for the party under various capacities. Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu stated that, late Nienu had tirelessly worked for the upliftment of the party and the people in general and the vacuum created by his demise would be difficult to be filled up.
Further, Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu on his own and on behalf of the NPF party conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family and pray that Almighty God grant solace and comfort to the loved ones and that the departed soul rest in eternal peace.
NPF Phek division: NPF Phek division in condolence note by NPF Phek division Wepe Mekrisüh stated that, late Chivotso was a committed regional party worker and leader. While sharing in the grief of the family members, the NPF Phek division said that it has lost a loyal and committed leader and the vacuum created will be difficult to fill. NPF Phek division also pray that Almighty God grant solace and comfort to the bereaved family and that the departed soul rest in eternal peace.
NPF Zbto division: NPF, Zunheboto division in a condolence by president Akavi Sumi described late Nienu as a man of principle, integrity, and who never compromised in what he believed was right. The division further conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.
