Ngwalwa Village Council (NVC) appealed the Mission Director (MD) Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) to release the second installment of fund for the construction of the residential quarter for teachers at Government High School (GHS) Ngwalwa.

In a letter addressed to MD SSA, NVC chairman, Kiepeube Zehuny said the first instalment of Rs. 6, 43,000 was released on May 20, 2020. However, due to non-release of the second instalment the building remained incomplete.
NVC said the half-done construction works were done as per the design drawing by the state project engineer and that all the reports and photos were sent to the concerned authority.
The council has urged concerned authorities to look into this matter and hasten the release of the second instalment so that the half-done works could be completed at the earliest.
