In his demise, Rio said the state has lost a father figure and a guardian and that his absence would be difficult to be replaced. However, Rio added that Dr. Taka’s life should be celebrated for the benevolent deeds he had done for the society. Rio along with his family has conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed that the Almighty grant them strength and courage to bear the irreplaceable loss, and for the departed soul to rest in enteral peace.
