SBAK mission conference ends

Advisor of Food & Civil Supplies, Legal Metrology & Consumer Protection & Taxes, Pukhayi Sumi reminded the missionaries that they represent God to others and therefore should shift their focus on their commitments and work towards bringing the people closer to God. 

The advisor made this statement while addressing the two-day mission conference of Sumi Baptist Akukuhou Kuqhakulu (SBAK Nito Mount) held from April 16-18 hosted by Keltomi village. 

He also encouraged the congregation to continue to work with honesty and put more effort to bring the lost sheep towards God reminding them that praying and working sincerely for God will never go in vain. 

The advisor also lauded, Keltomi village, the first model village under Aghunato Area, for hosting the mission conference, which he said would be a blessing for everyone.

Rev. Toshika Chophy was the overall incharge of the conference.

The mission conference held under the chairmanship of mission secretary, Vihoto Awomi. 

During the conference, special song was performed by Siliguri Baptist Church and Ethnic Notes.
