TVC condemns robbery attempt

Thahekhu Village Council (TVC) has condemned the attempted robbery where some miscreants from outside decamped with huge amount of cash and later apprehended by the police personnel of sub-urban police station. 

A press release by TVC chairman I Khekuto Yeptho and secretary Mughavi Chishi stated that such unlawful incident perpetrated within the village jurisdiction has severely damaged the good image of the village. 

Council also lauded the timely intervention of the personnel of sub-urban police station for arresting the perpetrators and recovering the cash in record time. TVC also urged the concerned authorities to book the culprits under the severest section so that they were befittingly punished. 

TVC cautioned all concerned that it would not tolerate any unlawful activities within its jurisdiction and warned that it shall initiate stern action upon perpetrators involved in any criminal activities as per legal and customary laws.
