WDCC&I new team from various fields

Newly elected office bearers of WDCC & I for the tenure 2020-2023 and the outgoing members farewell programme was conducted at WDC & VDBs hall on September 19.

A press release by WDCC & I information secretary, Abenthung Kikon stated that, newly elected president Renpithung Kikon in his presidential address said that the new team comprised all sections and field of experts and will work for the interest of business community and business sectors in Wokha. Kikon called upon all business community of Wokha town to extend support towards the association.

Renponthung Ezung, outgoing president WDCC&I in his farewell speech congratulated the new office bearers and encouraged them to work collectively. He said “knowledge makes humble”, whereupon he told the new young and educated members to always remain humble and to move forward in unity and humility.

Rev. Abemo L Jungio pastor Wokha Town Baptist Church delivered prayer of blessings upon the newly elected office bearer and the outgoing members. S. Abenthung Ngullie, general secretary WDCC&I pronounced vote of thanks.

Farewell programme was chaired by Mharhomo V Murry, invocation prayer by Rev. Lijamo pastor AG church Wokha and benediction pronounced by Eyingbeni M E-rui youth director Wokha Village Baptist Church.
