What is true education?

By Nagaland Post | Publish Date: 11/27/2020 11:58:19 AM IST

The world is full of knowledge; we see everywhere the amount of information spread in full swing. Thoughts put into our brain and travel like a storm inside our brain and build our life. Sometimes we thought using our consciousness and sometimes without focusing on the mind. so these thoughts must not be digested in our whole life because we do not get a proper education throughout our life.

So what is our true education? It means information that we got throughout our life must be useful for ideal life making, character building and which inculcate the idea of Patriotism amongst us.
If you comprehend any of the above three ideas then you grasped more education than others. So we need some practical education that is to be focused to build a great Nation. Many people consider themselves as they are more educated because with the thought that they have passed a number of examinations and Secure good marks in them. The education must help the common people to put forward the best in them that is to shape their character. As the marks in the examination does not teach the courage of a lion and struggle for existence that to be built inside. Real education is one who allows us to stand on our feet. Today’s education is not focusing on the idea of inner awakening. If you learn this then definitely your strength of the mind will be increased, you feel calm and cool throughout your day and you do not feel any kind of burden or pressure on you. It all together makes you real intellect with ideal character required for the society.
We do not want students as the learned parrots. Nowadays students are learning so many subjects during the particular year they only assimilate the knowledge But they do not want to know how to apply this knowledge for the betterment of the society and for their character building because we never talked about these facts in our day to day life. So I urge you it’s our moral duty to teach our child about character building, responsibility towards society and one of the most important thing is patriotism which is required to build a great Nation.
