WTLEE silver jubilee  programme held in Wokha

Wokha Town Lakhuti Eloe Ekhung (WTLEE) celebrated its silver jubilee at Likya Yankho community hall Wokha under the theme “Prosperity through unity” on July 13, with pastor of Lakhuti Baptist Church (LBC), Rev. Ezanbemo Odyuo as the main speaker and Chipo Yanthan as the key note speaker. 

A press release by WTLEE media in-charge, Yanrenthung J. Humtsoe stated that, Rev. 

Ezanbemo Odyuo in his address thanked the almighty for the auspicious occasion and dedicated the honour to the glory of God. 

He also expressed his gratitude to all the pioneers of the association and urged the gathering to be the torch bearers of the society.  Speaking on the theme, he cited few examples from the Bible. 

Chipo Yanthan attributed the blessings to the Almighty and expressed his gratitude to all the past and present office bearers for their tremendous contribution throughout the journey of 25 years. 

He encouraged the gathering to move forward with vision and goals accepting the responsibility assigned to them. 

A special prayer of blessing was offered by Chenio Yanthan. Short speeches were also delivered by Jandeno Kikon and C. Mhalo Yanthan. 

Following strict physical distancing norms the programme was led by WTLEE chairman Lopeno Yanthan and the benediction was offered by Phanjam Kikon.
